Announcing: ARTS Club Bus Trip to Dayton 2014

ANNOUNCING:

This year the ARTS Club will be offering motorcoach bus service to-and-from the Dayton Hamvention on Saturday May 17th. The cost is only $25/seat.

If you have never made the trip to Dayton, never go because you don't want to drive by yourself, don't have reliable transportation, or if you just plain hate driving....then this is a great opportunity to go to Dayton this year in the ease and comfort of a motorcoach. The bus will be leaving at 630am Saturday morning, to arrive in time for the opening of the gates at Dayton, and will depart Dayton for the return trip home at 6pm.

We will be meeting and boarding the bus at the northwest corner of the UPS Main Entrance Parking Lot on Grade Lane at Midfield Access Road. We have obtained access to leave cars there for the day.

The motorcoach is fully equipped with restroom facilities, overhead storage bins, and bringing of drinks and snacks onboard is allowed. There will be ample storage on board, for all the new toys you bring home from Dayton this year as well.

This will be a great opportunity to have a pleasant trip to Dayton while enjoying first-class comfort, and camaraderie and socialising with friends on the way. You can spend the whole day at the Hamvention, wear yourself out, and not have to worry about driving the trip home. All for nearly HALF the cost of gas it would take to drive the 300 miles there and back. I am looking forward to seeing everyone there!

NOTE: For the first two weeks a section of seats is currently reserved for sale to ARTS Club Members, and a number of seats are allocated to non-club-members. On April 14th any remaining seats will be offered to all.
