We just got the word. The Derby Breakfast is on. I need volunteers for traffic and parking control. The plan is the same as last year.

The Derby Breakfast is Saturday May 3rd and starts at 9:30am and ends about noon. It is held at the Farmington House at 3033 Bardstown Rd in Louisville.

We typically need to be on site about 8am and in position by 8:30 so that we can coordinate the coming and going of event vehicles before the guests arrive.

As usual the volunteers get the breakfast for free. I know this is short notice but they lost our contact info again and didn't know how to get ahold of us. Our assistance is ESSENTIAL to this event as their driveway and parking arrangements just won't work without traffic controllers.
