While I love the Ham Clock I bough for my home station last year, the cooling fan always annoyed me with it’s noise.

I did some research and now have this extremely quiet fan replacing it.  It fits in the 3D printed fan holder base and delivers an adequate amount of air through the device.

It's pricey but unbelievably quiet.

Thanks Gary. That's helpful as the fan you get with HamClock is noisy

I've had the same fan on my Hamclock for at least a year.  I have also used the Noctua fans for other applications....you're paying for the "quiet".

The newer version of the Hamclock  (Quadra 4K) doesn't need a fan, it's a different computer.  In fact its' a TV streaming device repurposed for the Hamclock.  I have bought and flashed the firmware on several of them,  with the mini keyboard, at a lower price ($40)  than Inovato.

If anyone wants the info on where to buy and how to setup one up, or  if you just want to buy one, let me know.

Noctua is my favorite PC fan company. They are a little pricey but I find all their products to be great quality.

If anyone has a noisy fan that they don't want, I was looking for a fan to use while soldering. It would save me a lot of huffing and puffing trying to keep smoke from going up my nose!

Best regards,
