Last September's DVRA meeting presenter, Dr. Nathaniel Frissell W2NAF will be awarded the Carole Perry Educator of the Year Award at the 2026 Hamcation in Orlando.
Dr. Frissell is an Associate Professor of Physics & Engineering at the University of Scranton and the lead organizer of the Citizen Science HamSCI program.
