Worked All States 250 info

Here's some helpful info about the Worked All States 250 that the ARRL is running, where stations in each state can activate with the W1AW/# call sign for their region, and others can try to accumulate contacts with those stations in each state.

One important note I learned is that they require logs to be entered into their Logbook Of The World or LOTW service.
