Good afternoon CVARC,

Hope everyone is doing well on this gloomy Sunday. I wanted to give an update on a few important items.

First, your new CVARC officers for 2025 are:

President - Patrick Schlott KC1DPM (replacing George Silowash KC3AAD)

Vice-President - Chris Knox KI1P (incumbent)

Secretary - Alan Zaur K1MZM (incumbent)

Treasurer - John LaRue K4TSU (replacing Patrick Schlott KC1DPM)

Secondly, a reminder to all club members - if you have not paid your dues for 2025, please consider doing so! The club uses the money for activities, repeater site rental fees, equipment repairs, and club memorabilia, so we always appreciate the support of continued membership. Annual single memberships are $20, and family memberships are $25. You can pay via the following methods:

- Bring cash or a check to a meeting

- Mail a check to PO Box 286, Montpelier VT 05602, c/o CVARC

- send money via PayPal to w1bd(dot)radio(at)gmail.com (please select "send money to friends/family; otherwise you are charged a fee)

Please do not mail cash. Thanks!

Third, the club's most recent treasury report is attached for those interested.

Fourth, The Vermont Corporate Cup Challenge and State Agency Race, also known as the Corporate Cup, will be happening at 6pm in Montpelier on Thursday, May 15th.

I will also start a separate topic in Google Groups to coordinate.

Lastly, due to most officers being out of town, we are going to postpone the meeting from this week to next. So, our May meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 14th, 6pm, at Good Measure Pub in Northfield VT.
