Well

We’re getting ready for the Block Party Saturday (9:00 set up; 11:00-4:00 event) and need some help. 

Tomorrow: need to put No Parking signs up in the AM. 

Saturday: 9:00 AM.  Set up tables, decorations etc. Bring out your BBQ equipment.

9 am - 11 am: set-up of stage, balloons, DJ equipment and various tables

11:00 am - 11:05 am - Welcome and Announcements

11:05 am - 11:20 am - Music / activities begin

11:20 am - 11:40 am - Carolyn, Nicole and Ramona - welcome community to the block; history of our neighborhood; remembering those who are no longer with us, introducing program for the afternoon

11:40 am - 12:00 pm - music / activities / food

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm - ESRA real estate presentation plus Q&A

12:30 pm - 1:00 pm - music / line dancing

1:00 pm - 1:15 pm - Harlem Natural Hair presentation

1:15 pm - 1:45 pm - music / line dancing

1:45 pm - 2:00 pm - Fitness Club presentation and activity

2:00 pm - 2:30 pm - Music / activities

2:30 pm - 2:45 pm - Police intro and presentation

Additional businesses, will be fit  in after or change the order - this is just to get us started.
