This paper is to show a new thought on the time. Here, the time means a time in a sense of Einstein's' theory of relativity. According to the theory of relativity, time delays when an object moves at a high speed. This was verified by some actual examples. For example, clock on two jetliners that fly different courses show different time after flying different course. This phenomenon is explained by a new thought. I think that this thought is closer to the truth than Einstein's theory of relativity.
