odesílateli se vrací nedoručený mail

Ahoj. Na mailovku mi chodí normálně všechny emaily. Akorát od jedné adresy ne. Nejprve (od 1.března) mi začaly maily chodit do spamu. Dal jsem pravidlo, aby to od něj chodilo do doručený. Vše ok. Ale najednou už vůbec nechodí a odesílateli si vrací Undelivered.
Pravidlo jsem smazal v domnění, že to pomůže. Nic.

Je nějaká podpora od googlu, nebo si mám radši založit novou mailovku (což, nechci).
Je ale zajímavé, že tam jsem jako vita.srutek a vitasrutek.. Obě mailovky fungují, jsou nějak spojené, že se nelze jedné zbavit.

Už se to tu řešilo, ale u Google platí, že adresa cok...@gmail.com i c.o.k....@gmail.com jsou jedna a ta samá adresa (účet)... Prostě s tečkami nebo bez, je to jedno.
