Submission Failed Issue

Dear organizers,

I was trying to submit my zip file to the codalab, however, the task keeps failed and showing this message:

I wonder if you can help with this issue? I have all the files in the right place and successfully submitted the trail results before, so I'm not sure what's the problem with the test result entry.
