1. Which kind of web-server has been used for testing VVVV.js ? IIS or
Apache?
2. In which side should be installed DX, .Net and VC++ Runtime -
client or server?
3. Has VVVV.js links to WebGL? If WebGL doesn't work on my PC - does
it mean that VVVV.js can not work too?

I cancel 3rd question - I tried included examples. They work.

1- in my case Apache
2- only on client and only if you want to do real time patching,
basically, only if you want to run vvvv in your computer
