H.R. 2055 is a bill making appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and for other purposes.

The measure is the vehicle for making appropriations for most federal government operations for the remainder of FY2012 and to prevent government shutdown.

Voice of Vietnamese Americans congratulates this achievement with much efforts and supports from both parties, and from President Obama.

May the Bipartisanship illustrated in this bill continues to lead the United States through this challenging time of the country.

May God Bless America,

Voice of Vietnamese Americans
