CGPA BIGGEST PROBLEM

Dear Students,
I have completed my MBA (Finance) and my overall CGPA is 2.99. Mostly Companies jobs requirement are minimum 3 CGPA.In previous semester VU opened C grade subjects for improvement but now it is closed.
I send a mail to the registrar about this problem but they said that Your request for CGPA improvement can not be entertained under university rules.
Now I have no D Grade subject for improvement and i am facing very difficulty to getting a job.
Main thing is that in my 1st semester my CGPA was 2.22.
2nd semester 2.55
3rd semester 2.77
and last semester 2.99
I have only .1 less for 3 CGPA

Now comments on this issue and tell me that what should I do.

By the way who told u that you will get job with a CGPA of 3.00?

 

Secondly i am doing an execellent job without MBA qualification.

 

Thirdly, the degree is only a proof that you have qualified something but its not a proof that you have gained knowledge.

 

I dont agree with your comments at all and please pardon me if i have hurt your feelings.

yar three k equal hi hai... no tension ap apply karna job k liye toh 3 per hi apply karna....its not big issue... waisey b pakistan main cgpa kam dekha jata hai pawa zayada chalta hai.... main 3.8 cdpa waloo ko janta hon un ko job nhi milti...kyu k  k shfarish nhi hai..... ok.... i think now u can understand........

dear its not an issue , apka jab jahan pe rizk likha hoga wahin job mile gi, its not necessary to do MBA for get a job or have a cgpa 3.00!

3.00 CGPA is not requirement for any Job. The requirement is that you must know what you learn. If you have 4 CGPA and your concepts are not clear its mean you can not clear job interview.

I am sorry i will not agree with you completely .....May be some private sector special kind of posts have such kind of requirements of 3.00 GPA ....as preferred candidate for the job... 

but its not true that you can't get job unless you have 3.00 GPA....

Even Atomic energy & KRL kind of Organizations have 1st division requirement....so don't worry....

just B +ve and have Good faith in Allah ....Allah will do a right thing for you....

You just have think that either you have good knowledge about the particular subject ? or not?

Recently my friend get a job in MCB as CSO, and his CGPA is only 2.01. They see his concepts not CGPA. So don't worry about your CGPA, instead try to clear your concepts about what you learn and read.

Dear your have to do some more courses as per guide line of new mba scheme of HEC. You have now a 2 year degree. the minimum requirment of mba is now 2.5 year. therefore do another semester and improve your cgpa as well.

Student of private universities mostly have got 3 CGPA or more. They create problem in market and competitor degrees are many more in market just like ACCA and M.com so that you must earn 3 or more then 3 CGPA for better future.

I am not agree with Mr. Asim, every person start their career low level or entry level position then he / she reach higher position to work hard & their luck. CGPA does not matter in every organization.

I am not saying that don't you work hard but keep it in your mind that, owner of Silk Bank and who was the owner of Union Bank which merged into Standard Chartered Bank was only MBA and he starts his career not as a M.T.O but if you will read his history you will came to know that he also got good Positions before starting his own bank Like he was President of City Bank in Thailand. He starts his job career in the Liability department of Habib Bank Limited now he is the owner no doubt his degree was from Punjab University Specialization in Finance but my dear I have many friends having 3.88 CGPA I am repeated 3.88 CGPA nothing will happen with this some guys having 3.00 are MTO and some having 3.88 have nothing. I want to tell you one thing when I was in Pakistan and complete my Bachelor of commerce one of my friend starts his career in Askri Bank in Sialkot. I want to tell you about his subordinates He is only B.com he has two subordinates one is B.A Simple and one is M.B.A now what you will say.

My dear nothing will happen without your efforts and M.T.O seat is not easy to get because you need approach. Maybe I am wrong but how much I know it is like that.
