FYI, as of 8:15am today (2/5/15), I was not able to access your website (http://stumpy.vuse.vanderbilt.edu/vuwer.htm) from University of Califoirnia, San Diego.

I had to download VUWER from CNet.

Thanks for letting me know.  It should be fixed now.  The web server apparently shut down after an OS upgrade, and I had to restart it.  Mea culpa.
