I've made these changes as a temporary measure. I've decided to rewrite the
ProvisioningAPI modules to support refactoring of the backend bits provided
by
VUser::Google::ApiProtocol. The new module is
VUser::Google::Provisioning::V2_0 which
is available in the VUser-Google-ProvisioningAPI tree in the subversion
repository.
