Women's practice Thursday July 2

Hi VUPS list!

Tomorrow evening (Thursday July 2) there is an open ladies practice/scrimmage at Beckwith Park at 6:30 pm.

All women welcome!!! All skill levels welcome!

We will be doing some fun drills, throwing mechanics and a scrim depending on numbers. 

I hope to see lots of women out in the gorgeous evening weather!
