I want to use one ant task (say all) for the nightly build and another
when I release a version (run manual build)
is there an easy way to do it or do I have to change the ant property
in Vulcan setup for every project

Right now there is no easy way to do this.  I'm planning on passing the name of the scheduler or user that requested a build into the build plugin (such as ant), but I haven't started on this.  I'll send a note when a feature like this is available.

I think it will be nice if I could create a few builders and every
builder will have different ant, scheduler and so on.
Any how I try to change the config file (just use sed) but is there an
easy way to reload it ?

Again, Vulcan doesn't support the concept of affinity between schedulers and builders.  Most of the things Vulcan can do can be configured through the web interface, so editing the config file by hand should not be necessary.
