When the documentation does not meet the criteria for the service rendered or the documentation does not establish the medical necessity for the services, such services will be denied as not reasonable and necessary.
NCDs do not contain claims processing information like diagnosis or procedure codes nor do they give instructions to the provider on how to bill Medicare for the service or item. For this supplementary claims processing information we rely on other CMS publications, namely Change Requests (CR) Transmittals and inclusions in the Medicare Fee-For-Service Claims Processing Manual (CPM).
Nun habe ich irgendwo im WWW ein tolles Servicemanual gefunden, allerdings sieht das Gerät dort anders aus als bei mir. Ich habe die Version, bei der links eine große Kiste aus Alu ist, in denen die Enstördrosseln der einzelnen Kanäle drin sind.
Auch ist der Lüfter mit 24V 0.24A beschriftet, im Manual ist der aber an 12V angeklemmt. Zudem sitzt der Lüfter bei mir links und nicht, wie in der Zeichnung, rechts. Hersteller meines Dimmerpacks ist botex, nicht showtec.
