Cool would be (using one of reco's catchy phrases) if we could
transform the EuroPython homepage into a Vudo skin, live on stage (I'm
giving a presentation on Vudo at EP, Monday afternoon).

If anyone has time to try this out and see how it could work, please
do so. First step would probably be to identify the natural regions of
the homepage.

Alternative to doing the homepage could be to do a subpage like
http://www.europython.org/Location. This might be more obvious,
actually.

At any rate, we need to create a "global navigation tabs" provider.
This shouldn't be too difficult though.
