Basic skin

I've started a new package: vudo.basicskin; it aims to provide a
simple demo app skin. This has been set as the default skin (I don't
think we should set our homepage skin as the default).

The name of the active skin is set in vudo/app/page.py (layout
assignment). When we offer a layout browser, this property should be
dynamic of course.
