My current CGPA is 2.26, Can I apply for degree....?
How much time is allocated for presentation and viva..?

Nope dear because in order to qualify for degree you have to have CGPA 2.30

You can get but they mention in it the subject you have passed. It does not entitle you for a MBA Degree.
