Aakhir Q ?

Dear Students , 

Mne jub se VU main admission leya he tub se ab tak VU aur campus walon ke tarf se Monthly mujhy msgs receive hoty hain , jo ke dhamki aamez hoty hain , jasy k ager app ne fee submit ni karwai to app ka account block kr dain ge (etc) 

Lakin yehi VU waly simply 1  B msg deatsheat ya result announcement ke bary main ni karty  ,Aakhir Q ?  kya ye zarori ni ? aur agher he to phir humin kya krna chahiye ?
