Mostly the panel takes questions from  PPT slides and some basic concepts.Try to read your PPT slides twice or thrice or more than this with attention. 

Don't get confused even if you can't reply any question.

The atmosphere of the campus was gud. Mostly females take Viva  of HRM students.

There were four instructors in the Panel (3 females n 1 male) when I took my turn.As I was going to start my Presentation they asked me to present all in English. So I  presented all in English.

But one thing I observed during my Viva they asked just prepared  questions (from my presentation before calling me)in English n rest conversation was in Urdu(means they couldn't speak English frequently as I noticed )Well try to prepare all ua presentation in English.

They asked 15 questions I couldn't ans one of them. I replied sorry "I've read this concept two semesters back so I forgot"

So its also a key point Don't get confused in  any situation even u can't ans any query n try to read ua presentation twice or thrice.

Binish Viva has no effect on CGPA as it hasn't marks but remarks "Pass" or "Fail".

All question were from presentation... that what is the difference between recruitment and selection, what is the difference between training and development, they were just focusing on training program, critical analysis and swot analysis.. just focus on these things,,, and one qus was after presentation that what is HRM process...
