you will recieve an email from security department about a/c holder /
beneficiry name for security. i have recieved this email if you are a
passed out student then you will recieve this. you just do one email
to security department about your query. they will respond you within
24 hrs.

No, you must be passed out with atleast 2.3 CGPA and after getting final transcript then we are elligible for refunding security.
