How to get Transcript and degree- OVERSEAS students

Hi,

Can someone please tell me what is the procedure for overseas students once you successfully completed you degree to get you transcript and degree?

For Transcript, VU will contact you once your documents are ready. Then u will be required to give details of someone in Pakistan and they will deliver it there. 

I am still waiting for their email, I have send email to Transcript but until now no response from them.
