VIVA is all abt what u wrote in your report and Presentation slides... its not tough... jst be prepared... what u write in ur presentation slides u will be asked accordingly.... There was panel of 3 person... The one is Male and 2 are females.. i females is aged she asked maximum.... the other one is our Mgti619 instructor.. young lady.. Dnt worry best of luck for that...

all viva are of 20 minutes only and project timing was 30 minutes almost but my viva was of 45 minutes and its just about management theories only

My experience for MBA(Management0 viva is as stated below;

 

1) During viva, they will ask you questions about your project i.e describe your project, what you were aiming to do , what you did, how you did and what is conclusion, what is recommendation etc etc . Be wary they will ask about sampling technique you used over your project and the reason of using it.

 

2) They will ask general question about management i.e what is management, leadership, type of leadership style, difference between effectiveness and efficiency etc 

 

My presentation/viva did not go Outstanding but i rate it "very good", and I passed it.

 

Note: Nothing to worry about, just stay focused.
