Hi Kristin, Following up with a few quick examples of how schools are using Beanstack in practice:  One school reached 100% participation within weeks by making reading visible and social   Another tied Beanstack milestones to attendance and saw absenteeism rates decline  Others use simple goals and weekly recognition inside Beanstack, not just end-of-year incentives     What’s interesting is how consistent the approach is. Beanstack handles the tracking and visibility, but the impact comes from how schools use it to build daily habits and reinforce participation.  In many cases, reading becomes more than an academic pursuit; it becomes a positive behavior that’s regularly recognized.
