VPR Features for Supporting Exploring 2.5D FPGA

Hi VTR team,
I'm currently delving into CAD algorithms for 2.5D multi-die FPGA. I've recently read the paper titled "Multiple Dice Working as One: CAD Flows and Routing Architectures for Silicon Interposer FPGAs," which discusses some features of VPR relevant to exploring 2.5D multi-die FPGAs. I want to know whether the latest version of VPR incorporates these mentioned features/options. If not, I would greatly appreciate guidance on how I might access these features or related source codes.

We never merged those features back into the master, but they are on a public branch (which is pre-8.0):
