FYI , the property on the northwest corner of Lake Morey, often described as the Mediterranean style Villa, it is a local landmark, us skaters know it as where the pressure ridge usually forms on the lake. Anyway, I hear it is for sale, for 1.8 million. It is listed by Berkshire Hathaway realty. A great spot for hard and soft water enthusiasts, also known as Cliff Mull.
