We had a great skate this morning on Symes pond before the temperatures warmed. Mostly 6 inch resurface snow ice with some areas of 4 inch and obviously some open areas where there is current between the ponds we were able to skate both ponds via a short portage through the woods. A lovely quiet spot for a morning skate.
