Ice Colleagues,

This is a request for you to save the date of Sunday, March 29 to attend and participate in an ice self-rescue demonstration and practice session.  The event is being sponsored by Silver Birch Cycles and SK802.  It will be held in Saranac Lake, the exact venue to be decided dependent on ice conditions.  

The event will include a show-and-tell of all the desired gear that ice users should have to be able to test ice, self-rescue and rescue others.  We plan on demonstrating ice rescue techniques, but also provide the opportunity for participants to practice those techniques in a controlled environment.

We will send more details over the next two weeks and we hope that you can participate.
