Several of us headed out from Shelburne Bay Park this morning. The ice got progressively better as we got closer to Red Rocks and we got to admire the ice equivalent of crop circles. When we left, a small pressure ridge had opened up near the shore but it was easier to cross. There's a chance this ice will still be good tomorrow and if it is, I recommend starting from Red Rocks.
