Indian Brook Reservoir, Essex - refrozen slush

With low expectations I checked out Indian Brook Reservoir this morning. The surface is entirely white or very light grey and the edges of the water are thin and brittle with some water showing. The sound of water cascading over the dam is also less than confidence inspiring. I assume that all the smaller bodies of water which froze early (Shelburne Pond, Colchester Pond, Lake Iroquois, etc.) are in the same condition.
