I drove by Waterbury Reservoir this morning and it looked snow covered. Satellite imagery from 12/25 seems to confirm that it's frozen and snow covered. I don't know how much snow or how thick the ice is---I was intending to scout it on my way home this afternoon but I totally forgot.
