Hi Everyone,

Catherine had not been well for several months.  She had a blood infection they were having trouble controlling.  This affected her heart and they wanted her to have open heart surgery.  Catherine had good reason to decline the surgery and go home.  Many friends were supporting her over these difficult months, and she was profoundly grateful.   She passed away at home on her own terms just as she lived her life.  Her neighbors found her in her bed on Saturday.  Lift a pole, a paddle, or a sail for Catherine.  RIP Friend.   Thanks for sharing this Diana.
