Hello Skating Community!

I hope you're enjoying spring. I wanted to remind you of two things: the Off-season Signal group and the 2025/2026 season survey.

On Signal, we've had some great discussions on inline skating (two new inline skaters who are now hooked), open water swimming, lake access, paddling, skating at the rinks, running, biking, creemees, first aid, you name it literally!

Instructions:

To join the sk802 Off-Season Signal Group

1. Download the Signal app on your phone: https://signal.org/download/

2. Register yourself on Signal

3. Click on this link to join (and ensure that your username is identifiable)

4. An administrator will make sure you're a real person that someone in the community has interacted with (i.e. one degree of separation). If you're outside of that, please join sk802 at one of the upcoming events so we can meet you!

Thanks to the few who filled out the survey and you can still fill it out. We'll use it to plot and plan for the coming season!
