Wrightsville and Elmore

Just got off the ice at Wrightsville Res. and then Elmore. The rain is just starting. Ice was similar in both places, solid, couldn’t poke through, even up north on Wrightsville), patches of orange peel, smooth, some bumps and filled ice holes, skateable and fun for sure. At Elmore trucks were on the ice preparing for a snowmobile race. We practiced throwing ropes.
