I flew west from Burlington and over Willsboro Point and it sure looked like nearly all "gently waved" open water to me. There looked to be some flat somewhat reflective black ice extending out from gray white shoreline ice. I didn't take photos.

Looks like the broad lake  has skimmed over overnight in Charlotte; with large open water leads.
