Student Council faculty

Dear Erasmus exchange students,



Within the Engineering faculty, we would like to establish a student
council in which the international students of our faculty can take
part. The main purpose of the board is to deal with questions,
concerns or problems you have, but also to organize activities for the
international students.



Would you like to be involved in various matters that affect the
international students of our faculty ? Are you interested in sharing
your ideas and point of view with us ? Then please join us ! The first
meeting of the student council will be held on Thursday 20th October
at 12:45 in the meeting room of the Arenberg castle. A lunch will be
provided.



Please let me know by Tuesday 18th October, 4 pm if you will join the
meeting on Thursday.

I want to be a part of VTK International student council, but I could
not attend the meeting yesterday.

Next Student Council will be in a few weeks, but we will send you
another invitation then.

This first Student council was about the problems and ideas you
international students have here, and what you think about studying
and living in Leuven. We also talked about activities we wanted to
organise together with all of you, and we will post these soon to this
google group so we can discuss it :)
