VtES Friday 8/13 at Aero Hobbies in Santa Monica

Hey everyone,

We'll continue our bi weekly Friday play group at Aero Hobbies in Santa Monica.  I'm in the process of finding us a permanent hobby shop to play at on our Saturday playgroup days.

We'll do league play at 6pm.  This will be the 2nd to last regular play for the league.  The final 5 will play the following Friday meeting after that (9/10).

I think James hit Reply to author, because I got his post saying he
was coming in my inbox.

Also: If UPS doesn't screw up, I should have a box of Keeper of
Tradition booster packs tomorrow that I bought from an online
distributor. If people are interested, I will sell two to each person
at cost before the game, keeping two for myself, assuming, of course,
that they aren't available at Aero. They cost me $2.25 a pack. (Well,
$2.24 rounding up.)

The sales would have to take place outside the Aero Hobbies building/
parking lot. No offense to Aero, but there's no reason we shouldn't
get the boosters if we can. I wish I had just done this earlier. I
will keep what other people don't want, since I didn't buy KoT
originally. If the finalists are allowed to buy boosters before the
last game, I will hold 10 packs back.

If people don't want to go this route, I won't open the box. But come
on - you could get an Enkil Cog!!!

You're pretty convinced you want to play north of the Hollywood
freeway on Saturdays? I'm amazed there are no other stores around.
How about Last Grenadier in Burbank? Any stores in Glendale anymore?

Hey Chris,

Unfortunately I had to buy a starter and 4 KoT boosters from the store
for the league game. Couldn't find the unopened booster packs yet from
the hill collections I bought from you. However I rebuilt two of my
original decks with some of those cards and work fine ^_^
