Government Plan Desso and Lincoln - Brazil


1. Ban Revocation of the Anthelios, Temptation of Great Power and
Seeds of Corruption;


2. Test to qualify and develop Judges, with periodic assessments that
rank by importance, the type of tournament that he may arbitrate;


3. A constitution with definitions and types of punishments for
offenses and a Red List updated reporting reason, duration and

benefit of VTES. Dozens of players have been playing out of their
cities precisely because they can be programmed in advance to
participate in tournaments;


8. Release of the multi-deck system for all constructed, except for
Qualifaers, National and Continental;


9. Awards for first place in the rankings; aimed at encouraging the
frequency tournaments;


10. Proliferation of brand VTES / VEKN in social media. Especially
with videos explaining the mechanics of the game


11. Creating Storylines for each release of new collections in PDF – VEKN;


12- The application of surveys (online) for all topics that are
relevant to evaluation. Worked as a researcher and analyst at market
research for 10 years, survey is the starting point for any
development and is essential to measure the satisfaction of those
involved.

Hello everybody,


on 11th November the VTES National Coordinators will be holding their
annual meeting at the European Championships in Genoa.

At this meeting there will be a short agenda [meeting maximum one
hour] - currently is is:

AGENDA

1. Election of a new V:EKN Chairman and Vice Chairman.
2. Election of the seat for EC 2017. Do we want to organise it in
Berlin at the cost of 150 EUR per player
(www.worldofdarkness.berlin/)? Or do we opt for another seat (e.g., I
could run it in Palma de Mallorca -same venue as in 2009
(dnn.vtes.net/EC2009/tabid/867/language/en-US/Default.aspx)-, if
needed)?
3. State of V:TES: how far are we from getting the game back in print?
(The Inner Circle members at the meeting will give you the information
we have about this).
4. Any other Business
