Are we still going to try and meet this Saturday for playing and deck
tweaking?

I will have to look at some things first. I may have to move sooner than I anticipated, which means no spending cash. So I may not be able to go.

I am silly, the tournament is not until the 22nd. So we still have 1 "normal" week to meat and tweak decks as well.

For those interested, here is the email concerning the tournament in question:

"Tournament name:  There can be only one...
What:  Constructed tournament per white wolf rules w/ some additional rules.
Who:  all of the people above plus please send me emails for anyone I missed
and/or invite them also:  Must have eight people minimum to play.
Where:  The Source (651 645 0386)
When:  12:15p to 6p (the sources hours for Sunday pretty much) please arrive a
few minutes early if possible 15 for tourney set up outside the source while we
wait it will help me immensely!  Starts at 12:15 sharp
Cost:  five dollars per person

Rounds will be 1hr and 30 minutes each with a short time in between, it will be
swiss with three rounds, 3rd round is final table.  Those not in the final round
are welcome to stay for pick up games.

The rule of attempting to win will be enforced per those guildlines and players
will be given warnings concerning failure to do so.  Any questions on this topic
can be addressed to myself Charles (edels...@yahoo.com) prior to tournament. 
Players not involved in play (i.e. finished their game) will not kabitz or give
advise to players who are in play in their former game or another game.  Play
will need to commence with a certain level of quickness due to time available. 
Unreasonable delay of game will not be allowed. 


Secondary judges will be named at time of tournament with myself being head
judge.

minimum deck size 60 cards, maximum deck size 90, crypt limit of 12 vampires
crypt must be 75% (9 cards out of 12) of one clan, sect, or bloodline and must
be numerically set legal. 

No imbued will be allowed for this tournament.
In addition each player can only use one copy of each vampire in their crypt. 
Each player will then be allowed to choose one leader of their crypt and that
vampire can be represented by up to three copies instead of one.  A player may
choose to play without a leader.  In this case the player gets no duplicates in
their crypt. Crypts found to be illegal will disqualify the individual.  Any
questions direct to myself Charles prior to tournament.

should the leader come up in play that vampire will be able to do that following
actions with bonus:

1) can take a once per game action to gain three blood for themselves from the
blood bank at +1 stealth.  any additional blood is lost past capacity per
regular blood gain rules.
2) the leader has an additional +1 bleed for the duration of the game.

If the leader does not come into play in the crypt that player may choose to
have a vampire in play take a +1 stealth action to become the leader and this
may only be done once per game.  A player does not have to play with the leader
nor bring the leader active.  Once a leader is nominated who is in play if the
player somehow gets more crypt cards and brings the original nominated leader
out, the nominated leader immediately assumes position of leader from the other
leader who must still be in play.  If the leader has already been removed from
play then the position cannot be assumed again.

each player will be given a game piece to designate their leader or may use a
unique item such as a coin or dice, etc. while the leader is in play, and will
write their leader down prior to beginning of the tournament or verbally pass it
for recording by the head judge prior to the beginning of tournament play.

if a leader is removed from play the opposing player who takes such action gains
two pool from the player who lost the leader to represent the terrible loss of
moral, resources, etc."

And yes, I did confirm that it is 75% by clan or by sect.
