Crowd Sourcing Seasonal Program Models

Hello VT Farm and Forest Network. I currently run a full time, school year early childhood program that is also a forest/farm school. We also do some seasonal after school programming for older kids. I am considering changing our model so that we offer more seasonal and session based programs that can be more flexible for staff and reach a broader range of kids. 

For those of you that currently offer seasonal and session programming, how is this working out for you? What duration of programs do you offer and for what ages? And if you are willing to share how much you charge for this programming that would be helpful.
