financial aid conversation

I'm interested in having a workshop-y type of conversation with other folks to share tips/ideas for handling the financial aid/scholarship process for their programs, all the way from week-long summer programs up to full time school year programs. Would anyone be interested in scheduling a video call to share ideas around this?  We open up registration for summer camps in mid-January, so hopefully sometime before that.
