Is it possible to install Kali distro which is based on Debian distro on my WM8850?
I tried to do that but my device wont boot, if someone have the Kali rootfs for ARM which is compitable with WM8850, and would like to publish it I will thank him.

the distro doesn't matter if you have a proper kernel.
