Looking for a roommate in Foxridge apartments

Hi everyone, 

I am posting this on behalf of a friend. She is looking for a female graduate student to occupy 1 room in a 3 bedroom apartment in Foxridge. You will be sharing the house with two other girls who are both PhD students in the engineering and physics department. Rent is $430 and includes heat, water and trash. Utilities (electricity and internet) are approximately $30-$40 per person. Bathroom will be shared with one person. The lease is for a year and starts at the end of July. You will have the option to extend it further.
