to Environmental Coalition at VT
Hello!
I'm writing on behalf of the Sustainable Food Corps Student Garden.
This 1 acre plot at the historic Smithfield Plantation is the site of
an organic, student-run farm being put into production RIGHT NOW.
We're looking for your input (ideas, advice, volunteers, contacts),
because we thought members of your organization might be interested in
what we're up to and may want to participate. Bottom line: we're
extremely excited about this project and want as much and as diverse
student input as possible.
The invitation list so far includes: Alpha Phi Omega National Service
Fraternity, Horticulture Club, Cooking Club, Students for Smithfield,
Frisbee Club, German Club, Interfraternity Council, Environmental
Coalition, Environmental Student Organization, Student Dietetic
Association, Collegiate FFA, and Collegiate 4-H. If you think another
organization or friend may be interested, please forward this
invitation along.
Please come join us this Wednesday, April 13th at 8pm. We'll be having
a student stakeholder meeting for anyone who is interested inside the
student lounge in Litton-Reaves.
Bring your ideas and enthusiasm! We hope to see you there.
All my best,
Jessica
