MiserWare Outreach Internship
MiserWare, a Blacksburg green IT company that designs energy-reducing computer software, is seeking 1-3 self-motivated Virginia Tech students to facilitate our outreach campaign in Blacksburg. Students will be advertising FatBatt, the simplest and most effective way to identify and eliminate energy waste in your laptop and maximize your battery life when you are away from a power source.
Duties will include brainstorming for an outreach campaign, designing and posting flyers on campus and around Blacksburg, tabling at events, handing out flyers, creating and distributing table cards, etc. If you are a motivated, personable VT student, with on-campus outreach experience, please see the attached documents for more information on how to apply.
