What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Convert repository
2.Run svndumpfilter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

svndumpfilter report about unknown input. I check file and found, that it
contains only LF line endnigs where should be CRLF:
Original file in vss/data contains CRLF.
Content-length in vss2svn-dumpfile.dat specify size with CRLF, but content
itself in vss2svn-dumpfile.dat contains only LF

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

But after I setup build environment problem was solved. Seems, that some
perl modules was updated, or anything like this...
