Japanese file name problem

Hello there,

Thanks for vss2svn. Made it easy for migration from VSS.
One problem I am facing is, file name with Japanese characters become
junk after migration to SVN. Any care I have to take while migration?
Please help.

Currently I have resolved by renaming files as the numbers were less.
But in future migrations where numbers are large I need resolution.
